SE Energy Charge a fixed call out fee otherwise known as a booking fee for emergency call outs. This is charged in addition to our hourly rates.
Can I get a refund?
The call out/booking fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to send an engineer to your property.

What is the response time?
We aim to have an engineer with you as soon as possible. Usually this is within 30-90 minutes.
